WELCOME!

WHAT IS THE EVERYDAY LEAGACY PROJECT?

The Everyday Legacy Project isn’t for the masses!
It’s for the few men who are building quietly, confronting the mirror, and moving with intent in a world that’s obsessed with comfort and noise.

This is alignment over approval, action over excuses,

and building a life your children will one day call their blueprint.

You don’t need more motivation.
You need a direction.
This is it.

Hi, My Name Is Robert Gough

I'm father of two first and foremost, a coach, philosopher, husband, hypnotist, son, brother and friend. I’ve spent years helping others grow businesses, shift mindsets, and navigate turning points. But beneath it all, I’ve always been chasing a deeper question: What does it mean to live well — not just for today, but for the generations that follow?

The Everyday Legacy Project is my answer in progress. It’s not a brand. It’s not a performance. It’s a commitment — to live with more alignment, to move with integrity, and to be somebody my children will be proud of. If that resonates with you, then you’re in the right place.

This is the day to day practice of practical wisdom, the things that we have forgotten. Together we strive to learn and understand more as we grow each day, building ourselves, our families and our community, shaping the world our children will inherit

The Eudaimonic Process

Revelation

See yourself clearly — beneath the roles and the expectations. This is where the journey begins: with honest reflection, deeper self-awareness, and the courage to face what’s real.

Translation

Turn insight into direction. Clarity becomes structure, Priorities sharpen. You begin aligning your time and energy with what actually matters most to you

Embodiement

Build the habits, routines and daily actions that will forge the path towards your best possible self. At this stage you are internalising a new identity and letting go of limiting beliefs and getting closer to your true self

Evolution

Stay responsive. Stay rooted. This is the long game — learning to adapt without losing your centre. Remaining accountable as life shifts, and growing with purpose through each season.

Your kids won’t remember what you taught them. They’ll remember how you lived.

You will always leaving a legacy — the only question is what kind.
